Do you sometimes feel that a job application is difficult and scary? Of course, these are feelings that everyone recognizes. The passion of Arthur Enklaar to help people and the belief that everyone is entitled to an appropriate and sustainable job have Arthur do decide to set up the company's Happiness Manager. The Happiness Manager helps people from the job market to find an appropriate and sustainable job.

In the past 25 years, Arthur has conducted hundreds of application interviews with candidates and has certainly prepared the same number of professionals for customers ' intakes. All of these experiences have joined Arthur in a training that should make people aware of the application process, their own strengths and concerns. In several modules he takes the candidates in improving their skills in this field. With practical examples, tips and tricks, Arthur will get the best out of the candidates.

  • How does a job application work?
  • How do I profiler myself through various media?
  • Preparing for a job application
  • Where are my strengths and how do I use them?
  • How do I go about my development points?
  • How does an employer look at an applicant?
  • Practice conversations in a safe environment with professional feedback from a 2nd teacher?

With the alternation of theoretical knowledge and doing exercises, Arthur hopes to keep the candidates a mirror for which they can learn. Arthur is always open and sincere and will give the feedback as honestly as possible. This is sometimes confrontational but will always happen with respect. Indeed, Arthur is convinced that this is the best way to make people aware of their own self and to be able to focus on certain aspects of a job interview.

No person is the same and therefore, in addition to a generic classroom application training, the Happiness Manager also offers individual pathways.

During the basic training all aspects of the job application will be discussed. From an open application to the completion of a job interview and all the steps in between. This is in a group context and is for everyone who wants to be more successful in applying.

The Advanced training is designed for a small group of up to 3 people and will practice a lot of job interviews. This training can also be given individually. A two lecturer will also give feedback and recording of the conversations is possible.

You can also choose Custom-made trainings on an individual basis. Think of preparing a specific job interview or maybe Arthur can go along on the job interview, provided the employer thinks so well. This is interesting for people who have not been well received by a job interview several times and therefore become increasingly uncertain because they do not understand why they are always rejected.
