WEM NO-CODE TRAINING

The WEM no-code training is given according to the schedule. On the basis of a CV or recommendation, Arthur will personally make a call with the potential candidate. This is possible by telephone. This will further explain the process. Based on this conversation will be determined whether it makes sense to walk through the WEM tutorial. Should it come to the conclusion that this does not make sense stop the process and will not take any further action, there are therefore no costs associated with the route. After a joint conclusion that it makes sense for the candidate to go through the tutorial, the candidate will create an account with WEM and, within a week, build the first Web application using the online tutorial. While walking through the tutorial the candidate gets a good feeling whether the no-coding technique and the platform fit well with him/her.

After going through the tutorial, there will always be a face-2-face evaluation interview with Arthur to see if it is indeed a good idea that the candidate enters the paid process. Not only the technical capacities but also the motivation will play a role in the final conclusion. If necessary, the relevant benefit agency can also be present during this evaluation interview. If a negative advice is given, there will still be no costs for the process and the process will be stopped. If decided that it is useful to follow the advanced training, the costs will have to be approved. The candidate pays for this or, if necessary, the benefits agency can pay (partially).

After approval, the candidate will follow the advanced WEM training to obtain the certificates. This takes two weeks.   

The candidate will be supervised from De Happiness Manager during the training and practical assignment.

After successful completion of the training, De Happiness Manager will ensure that a practical assignment can be worked on for a maximum of 2 months.

After a financial approval, De Happiness Manager will immediately start looking for a suitable outflow place where the candidate can enter into service after the practical assignment. Possible options are:

  • The employer where the practical assignment is carried out
  • Employed by a partner of WEM
  • As Self employed WEM Modeler (the network of WEM modelers is growing rapidly)
  • At Zero Coding Solutions (part of De Happiness Manager)
